Samson Oni is a graduate student of Computer Science in the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). His previous work include Technical intern for Joint Centre for Earth Systems (NASA-JCET) - UMBC and also as Full-stack developer for Department of education UMBC. He is passionate about Software development and Data science and have carried out several projects in these domains. Currently, he is a Research Assistant here at IRC working as Full-stack developer on a project called Maptu, a tool for virtualizing information and ideas as visual objects on 3D virtual space.
Off the record, Samson enjoys watching movies related to crime and technology. The movie that sparked passion for technology in him was the Tv series - 24.
